Lasciare i fagioli in ammollo una notte in acqua.

La mattina cambiare l'acqua e lessarli, una volta cotti condirli a crudo,e lasciarli insaporire per mezz'ora.

Che dire di fronte a questa immagine....

LA MIA PASSIONE!!!! 

La pasta al forno fatta in casa o no...condita con un buon sugo di carne mista, parmigiano grattugiato, mozzarella e prosciutto cotto...qui mancano solo le uova sode.

Questa volta mi sono trattenuta dal condirla troppo...ma è comunque buonissima.

Per la pasta ho utilizzata la GAROFALO trafilata al bronzo.

Lenticchie e cotechino!!!!

Tutti dicono di mangiare le lenticchie che portano soldi e fortuna, ma quando mai!!!!!

Non so quante di voi questa mattina accedendo alla bacheca di blogger, ha avuto la sorpresa di una nuova bacheca. INGREDIENTI:500g  di cime di broccolo romano100g di prosciutto cotto tagliato a listarelle o fette sottilioliosalepepe2 cucchiai di grana grattugiato
PROCEDIMENTO:Lessare in acqua salata, il broccolo per circa 10 minuti.Tagliate le cimette, saltarle in padella con olio, sale e pepe.A fine cottura aggiungere il prosciutto ed il formaggio, mescolare bene.

300g di farina
100g di zucchero
50g di granella di cioccolato fondente
2 cucchiai di cacao amaro in polvere
mezzo bicchiere di olio di semi
mezzo bicchiere di latte 
1 bustina di vanillina
2 uova
1 bustina di lievito per dolci

Come sempre, per velocizzare le operazioni di impasto, ho usato il mixer. Anche se non ho fotografato tutti i passaggi, come ho fatto per gli altri dolci.

2 filetti di gallinella da 300g ciascuno
500g di champignon
olio
sale
800g di patate
rosmarino

In una teglia foderata di carta forno, adagiatevi il filetto di gallinella, coprite con una parte dei funghi che avrete trifolato i padella, con olio, sale e prezzemolo.
